Cream Cheese Frosting
This frosting is just tops on the Honey Carrot Cake or the Lemon Coconut Cake.
  1. Soften small pottle of Cream Cheese. Beat to a cream.
  2. Add 40z butter. Cream together. Add approximately 2 cups Icing Sugar.
  3. Cream well. Add fresh Lemon Juice to taste. If necessary, add more icing sugar to achieve right consistency.
