Favourite Honey and Lemon Whipped Cream
Mmmm! Yum, Yum, finger licking good.
1 cup of cream or one small bottle of Cream
2 tsp Mossop's Liquid Field & Tawari Honey
5 tsp Lemon Juice and 1 to 2 tsp Finely grated Lemon Rind
  1. Whip cream to soft peaks.
  2. Slowly add honey and whip to stiff peaks
  3. Fold in Lemon Juice and rind.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
Serving Suggestions: On Pikelets for afternoon tea; On Honey Glazed Pastry squares or in Honey Glazed Cream Horns for Dessert; To fill a sponge.
