2 cups rolles oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup honey
1-2 cups Rice bubbles or Cornflakes
1. Preheat oven to 150C
2. Roast all of the seeds, oats and nuts slowly for 15-20min
3. Melt together honey and butter and pour over dry ingredients.
4. Add rice bubbles or cornflakes to make mixture just right
5. Press into large dish and leave to Cool.
6. Cut into slices just before compleatly
