Muesli Slice

A healthy, crunchy snack for all occasions.Muesli-Slice
250g Butter
2 cups Flour
½ cup Mossop's Field & Tawari Honey
3 cups Untoasted Muesli
½ cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Wheatgerm
Handful of Peanuts
½ cup Coconut
Chopped, dried apricots and dates (optional)
  1. Melt butter, honey and brown sugar together.
  2. Mix in a large bowl the flour, muesli, wheatgerm, coconut, peanuts and dried fruit.
  3. Mix with melted honey mixture.
  4. Press into greased, swiss roll tin or lamington tray.
  5. Bake in slow to moderate oven for 30 minutes.
  6. When cool, spread with melted chocolate if desired. Cut
