Pohutukawa Honey is a white, silky smooth honey with a very unique flavour produced from the flowers of New Zealand's native Christmas Tree commonly known as the Pohutukawa. This tree grows in coastal regions of New Zealand, and produces a brilliant display of red flowers peaking during mid to late December.
