3 egg whites
1/4 cup Mossop’s Field & Tawari honey
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 tsp baking powder Squirt of lemon juice
1) Whisk egg whites until stiff.
2) Add honey, juice and suigar and whisk until smooth and shiny.
3) Place on tray in spoonfuls, or through a piping bag to form tear drops, etc.
4) Sprinkle 100’s & 1000’s on top or chocolate chips to decorate.
5) Pre-heat oven to 100°C. Bake for 1 hour.
6) Turn oven off, & leave to cool.
7) Join together with Honey Lemon Whipped Cream
