1.5kg of plums or apricots
4 cups Mossop's Field & Tawari honey
1 cup water
1. Chop fruit and remove stones
2. Place the fruit and water into a jam pot and bring to a gentle boil, simmer until the fruit has pulped
3. Add honey and boil quickly for 10 to 15minutes
4. Test, and boil longer if necessary
5. Pour into hot, sterilised jars and seal.
