Honey and Caramel Sauce
This is quite a strong coloured and flavoured sauce, but still very yummy.
1 ½ cups Mossop’s Field & Tawari Honey
½ cup Cream
1 tbsp Margarine or Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Combine honey and cream in a heavy saucepan.
- Stir while cooking over medium-high heat until mixture reaches 110ºC
- Stir in butter, vanilla and salt. Cool.
Serving Suggestions: Warm over Ice Cream; custard; pancakes or other puddings
