3 egg whites
1/4 cup Mossop’s Field & Tawari honey
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 tsp baking powder Squirt of lemon juice
- Whisk egg whites until stiff.
- Add honey, juice and sugar and whisk until smooth and shiny.
- Place on tray in spoonfuls, or through a piping bag to form tear drops, etc.
- Sprinkle 100’s & 1000’s on top or chocolate chips to decorate.
- Pre-heat oven to 100°C. Bake for 1 hour.
- Turn oven off, & leave to cool.
- Join together with Honey Lemon Whipped Cream
