Kay’s Crunchy Seed Bars
2 cups rolles oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup honey
1-2 cups Rice bubbles or Cornflakes
- Preheat oven to 150C
- Roast all of the seeds, oats and nuts slowly for 15-20min
- Melt together honey and butter and pour over dry ingredients.
- Add rice bubbles or cornflakes to make mixture just right
- Press into large dish and leave to Cool.
- Cut into slices just before completely cold.
